Jack Frost Paving & Excavation is a Donnelly-based paving, excavation, grading, hauling, and material delivery company serving homeowners, contractors, and businesses throughout Valley County, Adams County, and the surrounding Idaho mountain communities.

We help with driveway paving, gravel delivery, road base installation, grading, excavation, culverts, drainage improvements, site prep, building pads, hauling, and snow removal.
